From a home bakery in Acton to a growing community of bread lovers.

Harris Hearth was founded in 2024, following Andreas's growing interest in the craft of breadmaking. What began as an opportunity to learn and experiment developed into a small home bakery in Acton, Massachusetts, built alongside his wife, Sarah.

There was always more to understand, more to practice, and more to discover. 

That commitment to learning and refining the craft continues to shape Harris Hearth today.
