Our passion for sourdough breads started in 2020 like many others, and what was a hobby soon became a passion. We moved to the John Harris house in Acton in 2021, and in the winter of 2024 decided to share our passion for great bread with our community! The rest is history!
Our breads are made with stone ground and whole grain flours, carefully crafted by hand using ancient techniques and wild yeasts. Our breads feature only 3 ingredients: flour, water, and sea salt, and we would never have it any other way.
At Harris Hearth Breads, our goal is to change the way you view breads, and help you discover a new way to Bread! Artisan breads crafted by hand using stone ground organic grains, and leavened naturally with a 24-hr sourdough process, without any refined or processed ingredients are nourishment for body and soul!
